Shipping costs €6.50. For orders over €150 shipping is free. Delivery is approximately expected within three days of shipment.

Returns

If, once the goods have been received, the customer is not satisfied, it is possible to make the return no later than 14 natural and consecutive days, starting from the delivery date (the official delivery date provided by the courier is considered). Shipping costs for returned items will be borne by the customer.

Furthermore, to request a return, several conditions must be met. If one of these conditions is not met, Olympus reserves the right to not accept the return.
