Here's how to take advantage of our home collection service in three simple steps:

1. Purchase the service: Start by purchasing our collection service directly on our website. The cost is only €9.50, making this option extremely convenient.

2. Receive the confirmation email: Once the purchase is completed, our attentive staff will receive the notification. Subsequently, you will receive a confirmation email containing a link for your return.

3. Book the collection or choose the closest point: By clicking on the link in the confirmation email, you will be guided through the process of booking the home collection or selecting the collection point closest to you. Choose the option that is most convenient for you.

4. Label and collection: After making your reservation, you will receive a label to apply to the neck of your package. Once ready, our courier will come to collect your return directly at your home or at the point you have chosen.

NB To request a return, you must always be in possession of the sales receipt contained inside the package received. If this condition is not met, Olympus reserves the right to not accept the return request.
